Holding your hand ~ A Poem a Day in March

I dance in your eyes

its a grand ball

When you blink

i see blue skies 

It gets cold, and you find me a shawl

We walk over a bridge

and feed the coy fish

You tell me wonderful stories

about the future

how its all going to be ok 

It is why i always hold your

hand. 

Beauty outside the lens

When you want to take a picture of something beautiful in the sky, and sometimes it doesn't come out how you saw it.. well i truly believe that some things has to be seen in person, and you cant capture something so beautiful.. so, when you have the chance.. put the camera down.. and enjoy the magic happenings on earth. :)) 

Broken Ballerina

Broken Ballerina?

She danced even when no one saw her.

when times got rough 

she would tie ballet shoes up to her ankles.

cuts and bruises 

wont stop her living her dreams,

dreams she had dreamed for years.

falling apart piece by piece

she glued herself back together 

day by day she keeps 

hoping she would find love.

but too distracted by her scars

but kept dancing.

always with a smile on her face

world we love 

world we hate

we live in a place

of hope and desires

a place of war and disbelieve 

eyes float around don't know what

they're seeing, 

no connection 

no communication 

no true need

but want 

we get 

we waste

what do we keep?

love? 

love disintegrates

as soon as we try to grasp it

 we are looking for love

in the wrong places

mend your heart

you'll know where to find.

your smile echoes

a thousand miles through my heart

i feel the happiness within my soul  

its shooting up in my veins, the colors 

you emit from your good vibe 

eyes does this thing where

they keep going 

towards you

you're a thousand miles away

i can feel you.

closed eyes

closed heart

open your mind

you open your eyes

your heart starts to see

what lies beneath 

of disdain felt

but you see

it is not so 

love is on its way 

to fill 

the empty void

stars

stars are dying

so are you

but

they keep shining

shine with wishes

dreams keeps them alive

with hope

wondering when our love will arrive

time for this

time for that

we give time for time

but when does time give us time?

you keep in stillness hoping for more

but its running out

every day

every hour

every minute

every second

it moves

 we don't

but when you move

you dance with time

you say hello

it says hi

you run 

but

you can't hide

it follows you

Loneliness 

Loneliness can be lonely 

Loneliness can be crowded

Company can visit 

They accompany you in your head

They fly, they tell stories, they can make you laugh 

But they remind you how alone 

You are

you're back

back to reality

sometimes you get to see your friend

Scared, terrified

frightened, worried

overwhelmed 

many

But will not take me away

i know what will kill me,

 thus wont

i am

peaceful, loving, open and hopeful

i want a joyful life

i will.

his face was long with sadness

his eyes were empty as the universe

he'd smile to you 

but all you get is fear

hugs? they're colder than ice cubes in your freezer

you'd get close but he's farther than jupiter

as he spoke his voice was shaken 

it was shakier than the 1906 earthquake in San Francisco

he'd give you love 

but no love for himself

he gives you hugs

hugging a spirit

He's scared to get

close

They're faithful 

because they're free

freedom makes you fall

They sing with joy

we walk with happiness

with the one we love

You just have to travel alone

To find yourself 

May get lost

It's about the destination 

You will lose

But it's worth the adventure

time doesn't have to move fast

clouds move so slow

and yet they always make it in time

Lungs of water

why can't i breathe in such liquid

i just want to swim away

leave behind my troubles and never

come again

to find the others

Sun goes down

my brain turns on

i paint sunflowers on my eyes

Darkness

darker than closed eye lids

darker than my lost soul

light as my eyes

light as my existence

i have troubles

but i know how to look up

i am far more grander than i think i am
